Gave as a guest? Bring those donations in.
Donors enter the email they gave with and approve the request from that inbox. Their past donations and payments are added to their account.
The request goes to that address, and the link only works for the donor who asked.

Captains run their team from the same account.
Supporters who start a team page use the same login to follow their donations, build out their page and raise their goal.
